The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our guests. This role involves both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining high service standards. Pre-bussing and bussing tables promptly after guests leave to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Handle food safely according to health regulations, ensuring proper food handling practices are followed. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on restaurant or hotel environments. Experience in bussing, cleaning, and serving within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Banquet or catering experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in different service settings.
