Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, opening/closing tabs, and processing payments accurately Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating and reduce wait times Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns with professionalism Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Experience with food industry standards including food preparation, serving, bussing, and host/hostess duties Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements Knowledge of hospitality principles to create an inviting atmosphere for all guests Embrace this opportunity to showcase your passion for hospitality!
