Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in fine dining or nightlife environments, with knowledge of restaurant operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong food service background with culinary experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations strategies Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
