Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining environment, your role is vital in elevating the overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure safety standards are upheld Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting, including host/hostess duties, to provide seamless guest services from arrival to departure Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife venues, is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and tip calculations Experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required
