Job Description
Kaffeinated Crepes & Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent presentation. Recommend menu items and upsell food, beverages, and desserts. Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction. Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests. Process payments using Square POS. Work closely with the kitchen and team members to provide outstanding service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
