As a key member of our restaurant, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a lively, upscale dining environment. Whether taking orders, serving guests, or preparing delicious dishes, your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen team Serve food and beverages efficiently while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Prepare and handle food according to safety standards, including food handling, sanitation, and proper food preparation techniques Assist in kitchen operations by bussing tables, supporting food prep, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems and cashiering procedures Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest bookings and facilitate smooth seating arrangements Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background that supports food preparation and food industry best practices Effective communication skills for working with team members and engaging with guests confidently Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and transaction accuracy Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes every guest's visit special!
