Server Schertz, TX 78154 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Overview The Server plays a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compliance with all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations. Must be fluent in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Demonstrates exceptional service awareness, friendliness, patience, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Able to deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to tables, ensuring proper presentation and quality. Responsible for cleaning tables, dining areas, public spaces, and restrooms to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Proficient in using the Menusifu system to process orders and manage guest requests efficiently. Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Capable of upselling and recommending menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Able to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Experience in food service or restaurant environments Food Handler Certificate is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Willingness to learn the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions, to provide informed recommendations and enhance sales. A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must be fluent in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
