Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through suggestive selling techniques Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation standards are met Support guest needs proactively, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction during their visit Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including serving in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or guest services is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
