Pool Servers Isla Grand Beach Resort - 3.4 South Padre Island, TX Job Details From $2.15 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Outdoor work Full Job Description We are seeking friendly, energetic, and attentive Pool Servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the pool area. The Pool Server is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in an outdoor environment. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests promptly. Process guest payments and complete transactions accurately. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift. Previous serving experience preferred. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or items up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
