Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle multiple tables seamlessly Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Previous experience in serving, hosting/hostessing, or food industry roles that demonstrate hospitality expertise Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
