This position is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service during breakfast and lunch shifts while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for hotel guests and visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. Reset tables and prepare the restaurant for incoming guests. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with light side work, stocking supplies, and maintaining service stations. Work closely with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. TABC and Food Handler certifications required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
