Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of the guest experience! As a Server, you'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating flow Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Nightclub or nightlife serving experience is advantageous for energetic environments Host/hostess experience or prior roles in guest services can be beneficial Join us to deliver outstanding service that leaves guests eager to return!
