Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to uphold safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations and upselling strategies Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments efficiently Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks Experience with food industry tools like serving trays, bussing supplies, and kitchen equipment is advantageous Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to create a lively dining atmosphere Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment!
