  • Part-time, Full-time China Bridge in the Woodlands/Spring area are looking for hard working, highly motivated, energetic and professional individuals to join our front of the house team!
We are passionate about guest satisfaction; working hard and having positive attitude. Ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Greet and attend to customers upon entrance. Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies. Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Properly and accurately pack carry out orders. Maintain table setting by removing glassware/dinnerware as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs. Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering drinks; explaining the chef's specialties; answering food preparation questions. Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner and confirm orders with restaurant management and the chefs whenever a clarification is requested. Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations. Accurately issue bills and accept payments. Report complaints or problems to restaurant management. Complete opening and closing duties. Demonstrate team-building while maintaining positive attitude.
