As a Dining Room Server, you will help create an exceptional restaurant-style dining experience while ensuring every resident receives outstanding hospitality, excellent customer service, and compassionate care.Responsibilities include:
Serve meals in a restaurant-style dining setting with professionalism and hospitality Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests with warmth, kindness, and respect Provide attentive table service while building meaningful relationships with residents Set up, maintain, and clean dining rooms, server stations, and beverage areas Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and meal setup as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, infection control, and dining service standards Work closely with the Culinary Services Team and Care Team to provide an exceptional dining experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment Support residents during meals while promoting dignity, independence, and choice Help create meaningful moments through outstanding hospitality and serviceOUR EXPECTATIONS

Previous experience in food service, restaurant service, hospitality, dietary services, customer service, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or senior living is preferred but not required Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A genuine desire to serve older adults with compassion and respectWHY WORK AT PRESTIGE ESTATES?
