This position is extremely important as you will be the first voice our customers hear when you call to confirm reservations, and are the first to greet them as they arrive. You will control access to our Best Craft Bars in the United States rated speakeasy bar "The Plaid Rabbit," and guide visitors through the secret entrance to the space with flair and style. You will assist our servers and sommelier in their duties on the floor, and ensure that our guests are having an incredible visit every second they are with us. You must be comfortable with managing the OpenTable reservation system, and assisting the restaurant and bar staff with opening and closing duties. This position requires a warm smile, friendly, yet professional presence, and an outgoing personality with a bit of showmanship for guiding our guests into our award winning speakeasy bar! Organization and waitlist management is a must! Our award winning restaurant Heritage East is a concept focusing on modern upscale East Texas cuisine. Our menu is extremely creative, constantly changing, and based on award winning/Food Network featured chef Lance McWhorter's roots in East Texas cooking, and is executed in an incredibly fun open kitchen setting.
