Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables and utensils. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service. Process payments using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn more about the restaurant industry. Wine and Spirits knowledge.
