WILLOW BROOK COUNTRY CLUB 1922 CHOPHOUSE SERVER POSITION SUMMARY
- The Chophouse Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality through outstanding service, menu knowledge, wine and beverage recommendations, and meaningful member relationships.
- This position serves as a hospitality ambassador for the Chophouse and is expected to create memorable dining experiences that exceed member expectations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Build relationships and learn member preferences.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
- Explain menu items, preparation methods, and daily features.
- Recommend wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages.
- Guide members through multi-course dining experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
- Communicate effectively with culinary and management teams.
- Participate in wine dinners, chef events, and specialty programs.
- Maintain service standards and table presentation throughout service.
- Promote seasonal features and specialty offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous upscale dining, steakhouse, club, or fine dining experience preferred.
- Strong communication and hospitality skills.
- Passion for food, wine, and member service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to learn detailed menu and beverage knowledge.
