The Role We're looking for a polished, passionate, and people-first Server to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the face of Heritage East — guiding guests through an ever-changing menu of locally sourced East Texas dishes, a sommelier-driven wine program, and a full craft bar. What You'll Do Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the dining experience Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including food, wine, and cocktail pairings Work closely with our sommelier and kitchen team to stay current on menu changes and specials Maintain a thorough understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information Manage your section efficiently during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service Uphold Heritage East's standards of hospitality, presentation, and professionalism

Service Hours Lunch:

Tuesday-Friday, 11am-3pm

Dinner:

Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm-close

Brunch:
