Server positions at Taki Pay 2.50/hour Plus Tips (Server Training pay is 11/hour) At Taki Ramen we aim to provide exemplary customer service as well as authentic Asian cuisine. We take pride in bringing a little bit of Japan and Korea to Wichita Falls, Texas. Our Restaurant was established in 2021 and has continued to built a loyal customer base and strong reputation. Many people compare Taki Ramen to authentic Japanese Ramen shops often found in Japan as well as DFW. If you enjoy a positive work environment, love Asian pop culture, and want to be part of a hidden-gem destination, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards Experience Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, not required . Knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to guest interactions We have paper applications in store if you would like to apply in person as well.
