Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure a top-tier dining experience Operate POS systems such as square POS for smooth order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen sanitation practices Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and foster positive guest relations to promote repeat business Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow. Mop and sweep dinning experience rooms.
