Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest rapport quickly Ability to multitask effectively while managing time during busy service hours Culinary experience or understanding of food preparation enhances ability to answer guest questions confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for cashiering tasks Familiarity with the food industry's best practices in hospitality, guest relations, and upselling strategies Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
