MUST be 21 years of age. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest relations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining attention to detail. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of guest relations and the ability to create positive interactions. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
