Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize the dining experience Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Clear tables by bussing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and resetting for new guests with attention to cleanliness and safety standards Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest needs Support catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy Uphold food handling safety protocols, ensuring all items are served in accordance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with bussing, serving, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Strong communication skills are vital for interacting confidently with guests and team members Experience in catering, hotel service, or the food industry provides a solid foundation for success in this role Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
