Job Description
Do you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences in a fun, energetic outdoor setting? Hoodoo Moab is looking for a friendly, service-focused Pool Server to join our team for the season! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to earn excellent tips while working poolside at one of Moab's premier hotels. Position Type Part-Time Seasonal flexibility available Weekends and holidays required Pay Competitive base hourly wage Excellent tip-earning potential What You'll Do Provide outstanding food and beverage service to pool guests Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool service area Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional hospitality Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and hotel team members Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Help create a fun and relaxing resort atmosphere for guests What We're Looking For Positive attitude and outgoing personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous restaurant, serving, or hospitality experience preferred Must meet all state alcohol serving requirements Why Join Us?
