Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in fine dining or high-volume settings Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and food industry regulations to uphold health standards Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclubs is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures in the food industry Experience with OpenTable reservations system is advantageous Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial but is not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
