This role is essential to creating a seamless guest experience by supporting servers, maintaining impeccable dining room standards, and ensuring food is delivered accurately and efficiently. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in exceptional service, and work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams. Key Responsibilities Food Running Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately. Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders, modifications, and timing. Describe dishes when necessary and answer basic menu questions. Bussing & Dining Room Support Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining fine dining standards. Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs throughout service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas. Polish glassware, flatware, and other service items as needed. Guest Service Provide warm, professional, and attentive hospitality to every guest. Anticipate guest needs and assist servers in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Handle guest interactions with courtesy and professionalism. Team Collaboration Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff during service. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties. Maintain clear communication to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred. Fine dining experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or equipment for extended periods.
