Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a courteous and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth service. Process payments and provide receipts to customers. Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor. Basic math skills for processing payments. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
