Job Overview We are seeking professional Server staff to join our team at BBQ Chicken. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service and representing our authentic Korean fried chicken restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Server experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about Korean fried chicken and other menu items Process payments and operate POS systems accurately Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required English fluency required (speaking, reading, writing) Server experience preferred Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability for weekdays, weekends, and morning shifts Reliable attendance and professional appearance Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays/dishes Basic math skills for handling transactions Apply today to join our team!
