As a Server, you will be an integral part of delivering the exceptional dining experience that BB.Q Chicken is known for, combining authentic flavors with outstanding customer service. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and showcasing our delicious menu with pride. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression. Present menus and explain our unique offerings, including Korean fried chicken specialties. Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system (experience with Aloha POS is a plus). Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs, addressing inquiries and special requests with a helpful and positive attitude. Check in with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Skills and Qualifications A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and teammates effectively. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic math skills to handle transactions and split bills accurately. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with Korean cuisine or an eagerness to learn about BB.Q Chicken's unique menu offerings. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards under pressure.
