Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Clean and closing with serving team Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and sales performance Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, and thrive in a lively restaurant environment.
