Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and satisfied throughout their dining experience. This position requires open availability. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Toast POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper payment procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communicate any special dietary needs or preferences of guests. Uphold all food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is required. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing exemplary customer service. Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to effectively communicate with guests.
