Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Previous experience in serving roles with host/hostess responsibilities or bussing is highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and accurate cash handling Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest services in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Join us as a Server and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
