Locket is a new fine American restaurant having just opened for service inside the luxurious Hilton Arlington Rosslyn at the Key , in the heart of Arlington, Virginia's Rosslyn neighborhood. Locket is owned by the Dittmar Company , with day-to-day operations led by Metropolitan Hospitality Group (MHG) —a trusted hospitality company known for excellent service and a strong internal culture.
NOW HIRING SERVERS FOR OUR DINNER SHIFT!
Compensation:
Servers at Locket consistently earn between $15-$50/hour (base + tips) , with guaranteed pay never less than $12.41/hour.

WHO YOU ARE
Passionate about hospitality, food, and service Friendly, composed, and professional under pressure A true team player with great communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to learn Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in a high-volume or upscale setting is a plus
