Our service style blends traditional restaurant service with the elevated expectations of a private club.
Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests Greet tables promptly and guide guests through menus and beverage options Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders Maintain proper table pacing and service flow Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and support staff Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Follow established service standards, steps of service, and procedures Assist with side work, cleanliness, and closing duties Uphold all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Events & Support OpportunitiesIn addition to regular dining room service, this position may also assist with: Banquet and private event service (weddings, member events, golf outings) Event shifts offer expanded compensation and additional earning opportunities Support roles such as: Food runner Host / hosting support These opportunities provide extra hours, variety in work, and additional income beyond standard serving shifts.
