Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with basic math skills. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability for assigned tasks. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently.
