Job Description

The Bypass 168 is looking for a reliable daytime server to join our team. We are a growing neighborhood bar & grill in Chesapeake focused on great food, good vibes, and consistent service. This position is ideal for someone who wants steady weekday shifts and a positive team environment.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday (daytime / lunch shifts) Hours typically between 10:30 AM - 3:00
PM Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests Take orders and run food Maintain clean and organized sections Work with the kitchen and bar team to keep service smooth What we're looking for: Friendly and dependable Able to move quickly during lunch rush Team-oriented mindset Experience preferred but not required What we offer: Consistent weekly schedule Supportive work environment Growth opportunity as we expand
Pay:
$21.23 - $25.57 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
