Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders with precision, and ensures every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your culinary knowledge and exceptional customer service will be key in delivering a seamless and enjoyable food service experience in a lively, fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday through Friday 11a-4p. $3 an hour plus take home tips daily. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus. Take accurate food and drink orders ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively to the kitchen Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas to support efficient restaurant operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and answering phones for togo orders, efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques to increase sales while providing exceptional guest service Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Join us to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant setting where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit unforgettable!
