Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for hotpot restuarant. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and close out checks efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Proficiency with POS systems . Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Experience with host/hostess duties or bussing enhances your ability to support the team effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
