Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and proper handling by adhering to sanitation protocols and food industry regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Requirements Proven experience as a server in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Experience with OpenTable or other reservation management tools is a plus Knowledge of the food industry including culinary techniques, food preparation, and beverage service Previous host/hostess or nightclub serving experience is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us today if you're passionate about hospitality!
