Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server Food Expeditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this vital role, you will coordinate between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure food is prepared, plated, and served promptly and accurately. Your enthusiasm for food service and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Act as the communication hub between kitchen staff and servers, ensuring timely delivery of orders to tables Verify that dishes are prepared according to quality standards, presentation, and safety guidelines before serving Expedite orders efficiently by prioritizing tasks based on guest needs and kitchen flow Assist with food handling, plating, garnishing, and ensuring proper portion sizes for each dish Support servers with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Monitor food temperatures and presentation to uphold food safety standards and guest satisfaction Collaborate with culinary team members on special requests, dietary restrictions, or modifications Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety protocols Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices Join us in creating memorable dining moments by ensuring every plate reaches our guests perfectly timed and beautifully presented.
