Event Server Expectations:

Arrive to scheduled events on time and dressed in proper uniform Assist in all aspects of set-up and break-down, including lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds Serve our guests, with a dedication to taking care of the details to ensure that they have everything they need Become familiar with the catering menu and answer customer questions concerning food being served Maintain a courteous and well-mannered demeanor throughout the event Adhere to a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance Practice safe food handling procedures Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Event Server Experience:

Customer service experience Able to follow directions and work independently Effective verbal communication skills Previous banquet, catering, and/or restaurant wait staff experience preferred The Good Stuff! $16/hr + gratuities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounts at all Trolley House Hospitality companies including catering services and vending items in our warehouse Free Employee Shift Meal Crunch Gym Membership Discount Part-time employees who work at least 1,000 hours a year are eligible for 401k matching after the first year
