POS SYSTEMS.

Prepare and serve food efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing correct change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
