Server We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a true passion for hospitality and performs well in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will help create a memorable dining experience by managing orders accurately, adhering to food safety practices, and keeping the space clean and inviting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly Accurately take food and drink orders using the Micros POS system Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and suggest featured or specialty items Deliver food and beverages quickly and correctly Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation Assist with training and onboarding new team members Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred Dedication to excellent customer service Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables effectively Basic math skills for handling orders and payments Understanding of food safety and cleanliness guidelines Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with food prep or back-of-house operations is a plus Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in hospitality Join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
