Server (with Support & Bartending Growth Opportunities) Queen City Bistro is currently hiring for Front of House! We're seeking a server who is excited to grow into multiple roles, including support and bartending, as part of a small, collaborative team. Our ideal candidate is a "Swiss Army knife" type—someone flexible, self-motivated, and proactive, who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another. This isn't a role for someone in their first serving job, some experience in the FoH is required. You would start training in a support role, but you'll have the opportunity to grow rapidly into serving and bartending as needed. Bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person. We are an organized, professional restaurant focused on delivering excellent food and memorable experiences for our guests. At the same time, we've built a culture that values mutual respect, open communication, and a team-first mindset over traditional restaurant hierarchy. Full-time and part-time positions available Typical shifts run 3:30 PM
