Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adhering to sanitation standards Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering duties with precision and accountability Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest relations Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong culinary experience or familiarity with food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols is beneficial Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service standards Experience in upselling techniques and sales within a hospitality context will set you apart Background in host/hostess roles or serving positions provides a solid foundation for success in this role Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management are essential Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
