Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. As a vital member of our restaurant, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently, creating a positive first impression Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and waitlist management Support event service in nightclub or special event settings as required Skills Proven experience with food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality roles Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus for supporting food prep tasks Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with guests Join us as a Server and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
