Server Team Member

Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items, enhancing the guest experience and increasing sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols. Manage multiple tables simultaneously with excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours. Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and give correct change. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction in a fine dining or casual setting. Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and order processing. Experience with reservation platforms like OpenTable or similar tools is a plus. Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to support kitchen operations effectively.
