Located right on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, our restaurant blends coastal charm with high-energy hospitality. We're looking for friendly, upbeat servers who love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating great guest experiences. If you enjoy teamwork, great food, and the buzz of a busy restaurant by the beach, you'll feel right at home here. Full-time and Part-time Lunch and Dinner positions available. What You'll Do As a Server at Hemingway's, you'll help create memorable dining experiences for guests visiting the oceanfront.

You will:

Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver meals and drinks while ensuring guests have everything they need Share menu knowledge and help guests choose items they'll love Check in throughout the dining experience to ensure exceptional service Maintain clean and organized service areas Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep service smooth and fun Handle payments and close checks accurately Keep tables, stations, and side stands stocked and ready for service Deliver service with professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail What Helps You Succeed Great servers here are energetic, attentive, and enjoy being part of a team.

Ideal candidates have:
