Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Recommend menu items and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure repeat visits Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling techniques, cash handling, basic math skills, and cashiering procedures Background in hospitality or food industry roles including serving, host/hostess duties, or bartending is advantageous
